Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, chef Assan’s gastronomic motto is pretty straightforward: to dream up meals according to what is fresh and available, last-minute cooked to order while keeping up the highest possible quality standards. The breakfast buffet is an abundant delight of fresh fruits, a variety of hot breads, cakes and homemade spreads, juices, tea and coffee, while a choice of eggs or one of the daily specials can be ordered to start the day extra energetic.
